Steps to Apply

  • Click on "New User Registration".
  • Enrollment No - Enter your Enrollment number provided by University of Delhi.
  • Email - Enter your active Email address.
  • Confirm Email - Re-Enter your Email address, which you have entered above.
  • Password - Any minimum 6 character password for your account.
  • Confirm Password - Re-Enter the password, which you have entered above.
  • Mobile - Enter your 10 digit mobile number.
  • Verification Code- Enter the characters shown in the image above this text box, Click on the image to change, if it is not readable.
  • Click on "Register" button.
  • An Email will be sent your register email id with a verification link to complete your registration.

Note: Applicant's who didn't received the verification email resend it by clicking "Resend Confirmation" and entering their registered email id. A verification Link will be sent to the Applicant's email id through which they can complete their registration.

  • Click on "Login"
  • Email-Id - Enter your Email address, with which you have registered yourself in "Step 1. Registration".
  • Password - Enter your password , which you have given as Password in "Step 1. Registration".
  • Click on "Login" button.

Note: Applicant's who forgot their password can reset it by clicking "Reset Password" and entering their registered email id. A password reset Link will be sent to the Applicant's email id through which the Applicant can set his new password.

  • Once you have login , You will be having your personalised dashboard.
  • For Application form, Click on "My Profile" Button which is on the left hand side of the screen.
  • How to fill Application form:
    General Details
    • First Name: Enter your First Name as per your matriculation certificate.
    • Middle Name: Enter your First Name as per your matriculation certificate.
    • Last Name: Enter your First Name as per your matriculation certificate.
    • Nationality: Select your nationality from the dropdown,If "Other", Select "Other" from the dropdown and Enter your nationality in the text-box you will get adjacent to this "Nationality" .
    • Guardian's Name: Enter your Guardian's Name , for example Father's Name/Mother's Name.
    • Phone No.: Enter your Phone Number.
    • Mobile: Enter your Mobile Number.
    • Category: Select your category to which you belong. For PWD1/PWD2/PWD3 Please refer to the guidelines issued by University of Delhi.
    • Gender: Select your gender from the dropdown.
    • Date of Birth- Select your date of birth from the calender.
    • Age on Date- Your age will be automatically calucated after selecting Date of Birth.
    • Marital Status- Select your Marital status from dropdown list.

    • Correspondence Address
    • If your address is house no 123, street no. 12, Qwe nagar, district abc, Delhi-110021, India.
      Address Line 1 : Enter your House no. (Example: house no.123)
    • Address Line 2 :Enter the Name of your area (Example:Street no.12, Qwe Nagar)
    • Country: Select the Name of the Country .
    • State: Select the Name of the State .
    • City: Enter the Name of the City .
    • Pincode: Enter your 6 digit Pincode Number .

    • Permanent Address

      ( Click on checkbox if your permanent address is same as corespondence address )

    • If your address is house no 123, street no. 12, Qwe nagar, district abc, Delhi-110021, India.
      Address Line 1 : Enter your House no. (Example: house no.123)
    • Address Line 2 :Enter the Name of your area (Example:Street no.12, Qwe Nagar)
    • Country: Select the Name of the Country .
    • State: Select the Name of the State .
    • City: Enter the Name of the City .
    • Pincode: Enter your 6 digit Pincode Number .

    Academic Qualifications
    • Degree: Select your Degree from the dropdown list.
    • Name of Degree: Enter your name of degree.E.g B.Sc(Hons),B.A(Pass) etc.
    • Main Subject: Enter your Subject Names.
    • Percentage : Enter your Percentage.
    • Year of Passing: Select your Year of Passing from the dropdown.
    • University: Enter your Board/University name.

    Note: Applicant's are required to filled all the required details against the qualification they had pursued.Blank details will not be considered.


    Experience

    ( Applicants can leave the fields blank if they don't have relevant Experience )

        Relevant Experience
      • Type: Select the feild in which you got the experience.
      • Name of Organization: Enter the Organization name from where you got the experience.
      • Designation: Enter the Designation you acquired in that Organization.
      • Scale of Pay: Enter your pay scale including Grade Pay(GP)/Academic Grade Pay(AGP).
      • Status: Select your status from the dropdown list.
      • Date From: Select the date when you join that Organization from the calendar.
      • Date To: Select the date when you leave that Organization from the calendar.
      • Time Period: Your Experiences will be calculated automatically by the system.


    Note: All these details are required if filled. Applicants can add multiple experiences by clicking on "Save & Add" button.


    Uploads
      Upload Photo,Signature and DOB Certificate (Only jpg/jpeg/png files are accepted max size 40kb)
    • Photo: Select your passport size photo and click on "Upload" button.
    • Signature: Select your scanned signature image file and click on "Upload" button.
    • X/XII Certificate (Indicating DOB): Select your certificate scanned image file and click on "Upload" button.
    • Curriculum Vitae: Select your latest Curriculum vitae and click on "Upload" button.
    • Experience Certificate
    • Experience Certificate: Select your certificate scanned file and click on "Upload" button.

    Note: All these uploads are required.


  • Payment Procedure: Click on the button “Make Payment” to submit your application fee from the Dashboard.Use your card credentials and make payment.
  • Note:- Please note Applicant's are not allowed to Update/Modify their application form in any circumstances once they paid the application fee. Registration Fee is non refundable.

  • Download Application Form: Click on the button “Print Form” to view your submitted form with form no. and Qrcode.
  • Note:- Please note that tamper/alter application form will not be acceptable/entertained by the department/university.
