Further details- University of Delhi [Spotlight]
The University of Delhi is committed to the academic empowerment of the weaker sections of society. To achieve this goal, the University has proposed a programme of free classes for the entrance to the various post-graduate programmes. These classes will be for students belonging to the weaker sections of society and to economically backward minority communities. Such a DU Pre-Entrance Summer School was held in May-June 2016, when free classes were held for PG Entrance Examinations in three disciplines: Commerce, Law and Biomedical Science. To further broaden the outlook of this noble cause the university now proposes a CRASH COURSE for UGC-CSIR JRF/NET examination to be held in December 2016 (Life Science & Chemical Science ) and January 2017 (Law, Commerce). The main motive of conducting the said crash course is to encourage the students from backward and economically weaker sections who cannot afford the NET coaching at private institutes.
The University of Delhi invites applications for free classes for CRASH COURSE for UGC-CSIR JRF/NET examination for Economically Weaker Section (EWS/BPL), SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and Minorities (EWS/BPL).
